For the electronically commutated D.C. motors you will need electronic controllers and we can supply the appropriate equipment. We have a detailed description of the WEG Electronic-Controllers on a separate technical data sheet.
We can supply the appropriate electronic controllers for our D.C. Shunt Wound Motors and for our D.C. Permanent Magnet Motors. Dependent on the motor output and the requirements of drive we have several different controllers available. The drive problems can be solved at best when the motor and the electronic controller are to matched correctly. We have a detailed description of the controllers on a separate technical data sheet.
Tachos are the optimum solution to numerous drive problems, and we supply analogue and digital models for 3-phase motors, single-phase AC motors, EC motors and permanently excited DC motors. We offer many different variants to satisfy a wide range of requirements, such as brushless induction generators with DC output, Hall sensors and electronic evaluation units, and also single- or dual-channel optical pulse generators, which are also available with customised pulse rates.
Our 3-phase motors, single-phase AC motors, EC and DC motors can be fitted with integrated electromagnetic brakes of various types. These achieve higher dynamics through shortened braking times and greater acceleration thanks to shorter reversing times.
